The Rhode Island State Police will recognize its 100-Year Anniversary in 2025. In honor of this historic achievement, the Rhode Island State Police Museum and Educational Center, is announcing its plan to build an addition to the existing Museum. The Museum is proud to serve our local community including welcoming students from Rhode Island school districts, children, scouts, as well as other youth and civic groups.
The Rhode Island State Police motto is “In the Service of the State,” and the Museum is honored to recognize this iconic law enforcement organization with the commissioning of a 2,000-square-foot addition. This project will allow the Museum to better serve the citizens of Rhode Island with a classroom, restroom, kitchenette and additional display and interactive areas.
The projected cost of this improvement is $975,000. The Museum Foundation is soliciting donations to complete this project. Your charitable tax-deductible donation may be made payable to: Rhode Island State Police Museum and mailed to Rhode Island State Police Museum, 311 Danielson Pike, North Scituate, RI 02857. The Rhode Island State Police Museum Foundation’s IRS Tax Identification Number is 05-0498598. The Museum Foundation is registered as a charitable organization with the State of Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation. Our registration number is CO.9904754.
