RISP Centennial Celebration

Ret. Major David P. Tikoian presented a copy of 100 Years, the Rhode Island State Police, Centennial publication to the 100 Club of Rhode Island. 100 Club of Rhode Island President, Michael Bestwick and past President, Joseph Terino were on hand to accept.
